Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and a tracking number for your parcel. if If for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact us at info@sherrieberrie.com

Shipping and Handling

Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day of this occurrence and at that time you will be reimbursed in full for your purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For Basic and Priority deliveries, a customer signature may be required at delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centers and remote locations. Please note: Sherrie Berrie Designs Inc is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume.

Shipping Addresses

Sherrie Berrie Designs Inc. currently ships worldwide. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package. You will be able to review the shipping charges before you place your order.

International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges. Sherrie Berrie Designs Inc. has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
